The Agreement (Reg. No.0008) "aims at creation of legal grounds for performing exchange of information with restricted access, provision of its protection in the process of political, economic, military, scientific and technical and other cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Hungary". Inter alia, the Convention defines the principles of protection of information with restricted access, procedures of its use and transfer, authorized bodies to provide its security within the scope of bilateral relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Hungary.
